Pricing
License prices follow the vendor’s price list and the quantities in the order. Project and support prices depend on scope. Every order gets a written proposal; the form below is enough for a first one.
Software licenses
- Priced per the vendor’s list for the chosen edition, capacity and term, in EUR or USD
- Volume and multi-year terms reduce the unit price; the proposal shows the options side by side
- Renewals are quoted 60 days before expiry at the then-current list price
Technology solutions
- Fixed price for a defined scope of work, invoiced on milestones
- Time and materials for open-ended engineering work, with a monthly cap
- Hardware and cloud resources are specified by us and purchased by the customer, or supplied by us at cost plus a handling fee
Support and maintenance
- Annual fee, invoiced in advance, based on the support level and the size of the installation
- Standard, Extended and Critical levels as described under services
